5. 5. 2015. Ahead of the celebration of the International Family Day, Cinema Network in association with the Croatian Audiovisual Centre is preparing a cinematic feast 15-17 May. A selection of eight interesting, award-winning, peculiar and different family films will definitely inspire you to leave your couch and head for the big screen.

The ‘Family Film Trip’ is thus bringing you some of the most successful recent Croatian and foreign family films, such as Family Meals by Dana Budisavljević, Children of Transition by Matija Vukšić, and Eva Kraljević’s recent title I Like That Super Most the Best.

The line-up also includes two merry film treats for the youngest audience: the Hollywood blockbuster Annie and the long awaited comedy Dr Proctor’s Fart Powder, based on the popular children’s bestseller by Jo Nesbø. For teenagers eager of good and entertaining film programme we have prepared Xenia, a touching family adventure, as well as Boyhood, this year’s masterpiece for all generations.

Besides, ‘Family Film Trip’ includes an exclusive pre-premiere of Ivona Juka’s feature debut You Carry Me, a family tale released nationally on 28 May.
