Kristalna kocka vedrine - Sisak

The Sisak cinema is active as part of the Kristalna kocka vedrine Centre for Culture, located at the very centre, at Vladimir Nazor Promenade 12, between the city park and Kupa river.

The cinema has 408 seats. Renovations began in 2008 with the purchase of a new roll-on screen, and late in 2013, as part of the national cinema digitisation project in Croatia, the cinema got a new digital projector. Next to the new BARCO projector, the cinema owns two Czech projectors made in 1980 for 35-milimetre screenings.

The cinema is open Thursday to Sunday, since the theatre is multifunctional, and in addition to the regular listing, special screenings are hosted as well. More important festival programmes include the Fibula Documentary Film festival, running for ten years, and the unique travelling environmental film festival – SEFF – the Sisak Environmental Film Festival, whose eighth edition takes place this year.
